12 And God said, "This is the sign of the covenant I am making between me and you and every living creature with you, a covenant for all generations to come: 13 I have set my rainbow in the clouds, and it will be the sign of the covenant between me and the earth. 14 Whenever I bring clouds over the earth and the rainbow appears in the clouds, 15 I will remember my covenant between me and you and all living creatures of every kind. Never again will the waters become a flood to destroy all life. 16 Whenever the rainbow appears in the clouds, I will see it and remember the everlasting covenant between God and all living creatures of every kind on the earth."

I went for Rainbows Facilitators Training over the Sat and Sun afternoon and it was a fruitfully training =) We learnt how to facilitate a Rainbows program for children who has experience the loss of a parent through either death or divorce or separation.

There was this part of the program where we have to do role playing and one of my group member has to be the facilitator. Well, the rest of us are 13 and 14 year old girls from single parent family. Becoz it is role playing, I identified a character for the 13/14 year old and acted upon it. HA! It was SO FUN!!! But I touched some very sensitive issues and one of the group member started crying because she was showing empathy for the things that "I" go through. I WAS STUNNED!! I LITERALLY WAS... at the end of it, I explained that it was just a role play and it was not my personal experience. I was apologizing for making that participant cry!!! GGGAAAHHH...... I also explained that these are just some of the children who are really out there crying out for help and some times, in my line of work.... I do empathize with these kids and I do wanna cry when I hear their stories too... but I still feel very bad for making her cry becoz of a ROLE PLAY...!! GAHHHH..........  then she briefly commented that I was a fake.... GGGAHHHH..... I was just acting.... ACTING!!! oh well....

RAINBOW??? NICE =)

I pulled out a girl's teeth last friday hahaha third time already and I am not scared any more hahaha I wonder if it will start to become like a norm hehehehe

I SAW A FULL RAINBOW!!!! and half one above!!! so nice!!!! =) =)
