I sense it happening... somehow.... I knew... I saw it coming... but I wasnt sure... and I definitely dowanna see it happening.... but now... it is a fact... it happened...

once again, I took in it in with a deep breath and ran to Big Daddy...
He reminded me of what I learnt in class...

"Always do what God wants you to do and let someone else do what you want to do."

Powerful sentence I must say. But definitely aint easy to live it out.

It's all about God.

It's easier to do what God wants you to do. Maybe He wants you to serve in ushering... well.. as much as bein in the usher ministry isnt your ideal choice... you think you can get by it since you know that God wants you to be in the usher ministry... although all along, you want to serve as a pianist in the worship ministry.

Now... that's fulfilling the first part of the sentence I just wrote...

Here's it... it isnt going to be that easy when you see your best friend serving in the worship ministry as a.. u-know-exactly-wat --> pianist. A service which you always wanted to provide... now... U have to let someone else (in this case, your best friend) do what you want to do. Is it going to be easy serving in usher ministry while you see your best friend serving as a pianist...??? something that you have always wanted to do?? NOPE...

But ultimately... it's all about God...

In 2 Timothy 4:5, Paul said "Fulfill your ministry."

Ushering might be the ministry that God had crafted you to serve in. The one that flows out of a sincere spirit of humility and submission. the one that matches the exact role God assigned you in the world wide redemptive drama. the one that corresponds with your true spiritual gifts, passions, and talents. the one that is proportionate to the measure of faith that God has given you.

Disclaimer: ABove scenario is not applicable to anybody

And something else....

"He makes all things beautiful, in His time..." =)

With that, I ended my night laying down my head in peace and assurance... that His plans is to prosper me and not harm me, even in times like this...
